This website has no sign-up or contact forms and does not collect personal details itself. If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your name if you share it, and whatever you tell us about your condition and location.

How we use it

We use your information only to answer your enquiry, arrange visits and provide your care. Health information is sensitive, and we treat it as confidential.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with your consent, when needed for your care, or when the law requires it.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

Keeping your information safe

We keep your details only as long as needed for your care and our legal obligations, and take reasonable steps to protect them.
